What type of cheese can use with this rotary cheese grater?
Only for semi-hard and semi-soft cheese. Soft cheese must be refrigerated for 30 minutes before grating. Not for hard cheese.

Is it dishwasher safe?
Except the suction, all parts are top rack dishwasher safe. Please do not wash the suction.
