2. If the camera cannot connect to WiFi, please check the following settings:
The camera only supports connection to 2.4GWiFi and does not support connection to 5G WiFi.
Please check the strength of your WiFi signal. A fluctuation intensity of 60 or above can make it easier to connect to the camera. You can connect the camera next to the router before installing it.
The WiFi password should not exceed 18 digits. WiFi passwords cannot contain special characters.
Please keep your phone and camera connected to the same 2.4G WiFi.
3. The camera cannot function after being used for a period of time:
This may be caused by unstable WiFi signal. We suggest that you refresh the camera status or reset the camera.
Please press and hold the reset button on the camera to reset the device, and connect it when the camera keeps the red light flashing. For detailed connection steps, please refer to the QA tutorial on the application.
Replace the camera power plug.
4. The camera only supports phone connectivity (applications: CloudPlus and Cloudedge).
5. Before using the SD card, please format it before inserting the camera (supports 8-128G).
