  2. Why doesn't the mop spray water?


    • Please check if the bottle and the pole are installed correctly. When you insert the bottle into the base, only a click is heard, this step of installation is completed.
    • Please press the trigger 10-15 times continuously during the first use to activate the water spray system. Please clear the tank and spray nozzle after use to avoid clogging caused by solidification of the detergent.

  3. I just received the mop, but why there is water in the bottle, it was used?


    • We carefully test the sprayer before shipping, so it's normal if you find some water in the bottle. It's not used.
    • We will pass three tests before mops leave the factory to ensure that the water can be sprayed normally, so that's the result of the test.

  4. Why there are scratches on the poles?


    • To ensure every mop sprays, our factory assemble all parts and test whether it can spray water normally, so that's also the result of the test.
