✘ Please AVOID using "SanDisk Ultra" or other "Generic Class 10" cards from third-party sellers. They are not designed for high-end 2K Ultra-HD dash cams like this one.

Q: Camera won't connect to the app and says connection failed?
A: If the Peztio app displays a connection failure prompt, It means that your camera firmware is too old and needs to be updated to the latest version.
Q: How to activate this dash cam's parking monitoring function?
A: For continuous 24-hour recording, Q2 requires connection to a mini USB hardwire kit (not included in the package).
Q: No cigarette lighter in your car?
A: You can directly get a MINI USB cable from our store.
Q: Unable to connect to my Mobile phone? Will not recognize Wi-Fi and does not show up on the list? Unable to format card you keep saying cannot find device or camera not connected?
A: Please reset the camera. Hold the power button for 8-10 seconds until you hear the voice: factory default success". The camera will be reset, then reconnect the WiFi and input the default password: 12345678.
